How the site may be used

The site provides independent editorial guidance for comparing common crystals, examining product listings, and assessing seller disclosures. You may read, print, or retain reasonable portions of the material for personal, non-commercial reference.

You remain responsible for purchase decisions, seller negotiations, return arrangements, handling choices, and any reliance placed on a listing or visual comparison.

What the material cannot establish

Photographs, listing descriptions, apparent color, clarity, inclusions, texture, luster, dimensions, and simple observations can raise useful questions, but they cannot establish identity, origin, authenticity, treatment status, grade, value, or safety by themselves. Testing is needed when a definitive material conclusion matters.

The site is not a gemological laboratory or appraisal service. Its content does not replace professional testing, valuation, medical advice, financial advice, or advice from another appropriately qualified professional.

No result is promised from using a comparison, observation method, seller question, or purchasing check described on the site.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
• Do not use automated methods to extract substantial portions of the site or place unreasonable demand on its systems.
• Do not republish, sell, license, or present site content as your own without permission.
• Do not use the content to make deceptive claims about a stone, seller, treatment, origin, authenticity, value, or testing result.
• Do not misrepresent an editorial observation as a laboratory finding or guaranteed conclusion.

Intellectual property
